NK Udada Foundation is a youth-founded nonprofit in Uganda equipping young people with education, health resources, life skills, and community — because when we invest in both genders, we multiply potential.
A landmark day serving over 900 community members — led and coordinated by NK Udada Foundation in partnership with four major organisations.
"Empowered men, empower women." — Naira Kateregga, Founder
NK Udada Foundation was born from a vision to address the systemic inequalities faced by young girls and women in Uganda — but our founder quickly understood that true gender equality cannot be achieved by empowering only one side.
We believe in nurturing both young women and men to be bold, educated, and compassionate. When we invest in both genders, we are not dividing power — we are multiplying potential.
Today, NK Udada operates across Kampala with a growing team of youth changemakers, a robust volunteer network, and partnerships with established organisations in health, education, and community development.
Every number here represents a young life touched. Here's what NK Udada has delivered on the ground.
A selection of photos and short clips from our programmes, community days, and outreach efforts.
Our work is holistic and inclusive — designed to serve both young women and men in Uganda's under-resourced communities.
A group of young people. One mission. Building a more equitable Uganda.
NK Udada runs on the energy and skills of passionate young people. Whether you're into health, education, communications, or events — there's a place for you.
